For help with account access, companion downloads, pairing, or blocked sessions, email support@kodx.ai.
Include these details
- Your account email.
- The platform you are using, such as iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, or Linux.
- The companion version, if the issue involves downloads or pairing.
- A short description of what you expected and what happened instead.
- Screenshots or error text with secrets removed.
Account and email verification
If downloads are locked, sign in with the same account you use in the mobile app and make sure the email address is verified. Password reset and email verification links are available from the download sign-in flow.
Companion downloads
Download links are issued after sign-in and may expire. If a link fails, return to the download page, sign in again, and request a fresh link.
Privacy requests
For privacy access, correction, export, or deletion requests, email support@kodx.ai and include the account email connected to your request.
